Interested in growing with us?

HUGStronger is looking for writers to contribute on a semi-regular basis and organizations or bloggers interested in becoming affiliates.

We’re also open to guest post submissions if you’ve just got a one-time idea or post you’d like to share.

Here are a few ways to get involved:

1. Join our team.

Do you have a particular area of expertise or just a heart that beats strong for the college students of the world? We’re looking for writers who want to cover anything and everything college-related, as long as we can pin it down to one of our five categories: academics, away from home, fitting in, health & diet, and relationships. If that’s something you want to do on a periodic basis, send us an email. We’d love to know why you’re cut out for it, what makes you want to write, and why your heart is stuck on helping college students. If you’ve already got a website or blog, even better.

2. Spread the word about HUGStronger.

Tell your friends, your college roommates, that girl waiting at the bus stop who looks like she’s about to call it quits and move back home. Follow us on Twitter (@hugstronger) and ‘like’ us on Facebook. We want to find those quiet ones holed up in study carrels and the anxious ones in the back of the classroom and help them out, but we can only do that if they know our hand’s outstretched, waiting for them to reach for it.

3. Let’s chat.

If you’ve got any other ideas about helping, let’s chat. We’ll find you a place to spread the love or share your talents in the most suitable way possible.

4. Just want to write or contribute something one time?

See our Submit page.
